  • Can I reschedule?
    In the event you have to reschedule, let us know as far in advance as possible to make the date available for any other potential customers.
  • What are some reasons why I can not be refunded?

  • How far in advance do I have to book for a rental?
    We recommend you reserve about 1-2 weeks in advance. It’s a good idea for certain styles of products to be reserved weeks ahead to ensure availability.
  • Do I have to pick up the inflatable?
    We take care of everything so no, delivery is included within a 25 miles radius of our Oklahoma City location, anything over will have a small delivery fee for fuel and mileage.
  • How far can you deliver for free-delivery?
    Each rental is covered up to 25 miles from our Oklahoma City location, anything over will have an additional fee to cover fuel and mileage. Contact us if in doubt or exceed the included range for a better estimate.
  • What if my rental time ends, but I want more time?"
    No problem! We can always extend your rental for you to enjoy. There would be an additional fee at this time to extend the rental. Contact us if this occurs prior to pick-up so adjustments can be made.
  • Which areas do you service?
    We service Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. We do our best to service all areas where we are requested just keep in mind that delivery over 25 miles from our location has an additional fee for fuel and mileage expenses.
  • How long have you been in business?
    We have been providing inflatables, and other party equipment rentals since 2018.
  • Do I need to place a deposit?
    Yes, a rental deposit is usually required when reserving online, a 10% rental deposit will be required.
  • How far in advance should I make a reservation?
    We recommend you reserve about 1-2 weeks in advance. It’s a good idea for certain styles of products to be reserved weeks ahead to ensure availability.
  • Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?
    Yes, we handle the delivery, setup and pick up for all inflatables. We will coordinate with you for the delivery and pickup times so the products are set up before your event starts and picked up after your event ends.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, we require you give us a 3 day notice before your event day. That way it is made available for any additonal customer that might need it that day.
  • Is a Generator included?
    No, if you do not have electrical power available at your setup location then you MUST rent a Generator as well. If you do have a Portable Generator and want to use that instead of renting one, you must contact us to make sure it will have enough power to support the inflatable.
  • How are your inflatables and games cleaned?
    All of our products are fully disinfected and cleaned after every use. We take hygiene very seriously, that is why we fully inflate every product at our warehouse and clean them after they are returned then cleaned after installation for everyones safety. We take it a step further by cleaning and sanitizing when setting up to ensure the inflatable is free of any debris before the customer uses it.
  • Are your inflatables and games safe?
    Yes. All of our inflatables have safety rules near the entrance which must be followed by all users and attendants.
  • What age groups are your inflatables suited for?
    Inflatables are generally good for all ages. Some inflatables are more suited for smaller kids, some more suited for teens or adults. Please refer to each products page or contact us for more details.
  • What happens if an inflatable malfunctions?
    It is rare for an inflatable to malfunction, but in the event that this were to happen during your event we recommend you give us a call so we can help resolve the problem. If it is needed, we will send out a driver or someone from our company to fix the problem or bring a replacement product.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer decides to cancel their reservation, they must do so 72 HOURS (3 days) before their reservation day. If customer cancels their order 48 hours (1-2 days) of their reservation date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental total will be applied. If the customer cancels their order the day of the rental, they will be charged the whole rental amount.

Rain Policy

In the event of rain or severe weather conditions (high winds exceeding 25 mph) during your rental date, customer is allowed to cancel the same day as delivery without any cancellation fee (also pertains to forecasts with probabilities of rain or high winds greater than 50% likelihood). Customer MUST CONTACT and cancel before 7am on the day of the event (voicemail and emails before 7am are ok for cancellation). If customer cancels the order, it will be canceled for the rest of the rental period with no guarantee that JPR can deliver if weather conditions get better.

If customer decides to go ahead with the order even though the weather forecast says it will rain, but it is not actually raining at the time, then we will go ahead and deliver the order. However, if it does start to rain during the rental time, JPR reserves the right to cancel the order, due to safety concerns, with NO refund provided.

During rain/inclement weather, it is unsafe for anyone to play inside the inflatables, therefore we do cancel orders during raining/inclement weather days. However, since people do have events and parties that are usually planned out weeks/months before, or may take place indoors, we give customers the option to deliver the order or cancel it for days that are predicted to rain.
